Bouldering Basics

We are currently not offering the Bouldering Basics class.

Thank you for your patience as we improve our Bouldering Basics class. We can’t wait to share the upgrades with you!

Our bouldering basics class is perfect for first-time climbers or for anyone new to the sport who is looking to get some basic technique under their belt without the trial and error of learning it all on their own. Classes last an hour and a half and cover basic climbing techniques in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Yoga

We are currently not offering a yoga class.

Our yoga classes offer climbers a holistic approach to strength, flexibility, and recovery. Improve body awareness while enhancing concentration and the present-moment mindset.
