Competition Team Details
The Refuge competition team is for climbers age 13+ looking to improve their technique, strength, and fitness. Participation in USAC Competitions is optional, but encouraged.
Meets 4:30 - 7:30PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Hands-on coaching from expert climbers with 20+ years of climbing experience, including coaching kids at a national level
